Taiho Color Sorter Machine

The 6SXZ series CCD Grain color sorter is an advanced technological product that combines optics, machinery, electronics, and pneumatics, offering the added capability of secondary sorting. The fundamental operational principle of this color sorter involves feeding the material through a feeder, allowing it to pass uniformly through the viewing point. Using a high-speed and high-sensitivity linear CCD as the sensor, the color sorter captures color and shape information of the material. This data is then transmitted to the data processing unit for image processing and threshold selection. Ultimately, any defective materials are efficiently rejected using high-frequency electromagnetic valves.

This product utilizes a SOC-based platform architecture and employs a high-speed and high-sensitivity linear CCD as the sensor for material color and shape. Compared to the DSP platform, the SOC-based platform architecture increases the CPU frequency by five times and enhances the output processing capacity by four times. Consequently, it achieves stable and reliable, ultra-high-speed processing of massive data. As a result, this product surpasses similar color sorters in terms of minimum resolution, color sorting accuracy, color sorting efficiency, and other performance aspects.
